3.6

Now, I'm barely blogging on here anymore...:( I'm down 3.6 lbs this week. However, that was actually for 2 wks because we didn't have weigh in last week, so it's "ok" in my opinion. I'm shooting for a GREAT week this week. I'd like 3 lbs :) That makes a total of 34.4 lbs lost!

Saturday Weigh-In

So, normally I weigh in on Wednesdays, but unfortunately had a mandatory Christmas party to attend and was not able to attend my WW meeting. So, Saturday morning, 8 am, I went to a WW meeting with my mother-in-law. I was so shocked...I had lost even more weight since I weighed myself Thursday night at the gym -- 190.4. That's 19 lbs so far!! 19 lbs in less than 2 months...that SO amazes me! It's coming off...slowly but surely and I just am so pumped about seeing my results each week. I'm still on schedule and hopefully will be at goal by my son's first birthday. I pray I can continue this week with it being so close to Christmas and quite hectic. I still plan on going to the gym everyday this week except Wednesday night (bible study). Hopefully I can get 2 more lbs off by Wednesday's weigh-in. That woud be awesome!

Lunch


Today for lunch I had leftovers from our Christmas luncheon yesterday...BBQ pulled pork and potato casserole..10 points total:(. That was way too much to spend on lunch. I'm going to work extra hard at the gym tonight to try and take care of some of those extra calories. I AM going to do better this weekend. My goal is to lose 25 lbs. by the end of the year and I'm at 17.4. I WILL DO IT!!

Confession..

I don't know what is wrong with me! This morning (or night), I woke up for a 1 AM feeding for my son and I was dying of thirst. Well, there was this leftover Dr. Pepper in my house from a bible study group a few weeks ago. I don't EVER drink caffeine and NEVER anything that isn't diet. Well, I poured a whole glass and guzzled it down! Dang--I just wasted 3 points on LIQUID! That really stinks. I could have had shrimp or 3 packs of 100 cal. brownie bites...anything better than just stupid Dr. Pepper! I will never do that again! I'm making up for it by guzzling water today. I want it out of my body. Ok...I'm done with my ranting.

Birthday party...:(

Ok, I have to confess...I didn't do too great for lunch today. I took my daughter to a friend's birthday party. She was having hotdogs and chips. I decided to go for a hot dog, no bun = 5 PTS, 1 tbsp. chili = 2 PTS, 1 tbsp. cole slaw = 1 PT, and 5 chips = 2 PTS, and a small slice of no-bake instant cheesecake = 5 PTS. Good thing I woke up late and missed breakfast. That leaves me 11 PTS for supper...not too bad I guess. I also went to the gym for 30 min. cardio and 30 min. weight lifting (YAY). That made me feel better about my lunch. Going home to start Christmas decorating tonight.

Pretty Good Day

Forgot to bring breakfast again! I've got to stop that! I ate stir-fry veggies and rice for lunch and reduced-fat cheese nips for a snack. I weighed at the gym last night and was 193 AFTER supper and 2 - 16 oz. bottle water. I'm going to the gym again tonight for a 30 min cardio and 30 min weight training. I'm also looking online for a GOOD workout video to do at home on nights that I can't make it to the gym. I want to be doing atleast 30 minutes of something (whatever it may be) everyday. Someone keep me accountable!

Weigh In TODAY

I'm SOOOO happy. I lost 4.2 lbs over the last 2 weeks...wow! I thought surely I would just maintain without working out AND Thanksgiving! Yay! I'm so pleased with this week's weight loss.
